Let's plan a creative, unique, and personalized session!
Why Choose A2i Photography for Senior Pictures in Omaha
As your premier senior photographer in Omaha, A2i Photography is your creative space to capture the culmination of years of hard work, growth, and milestones. You are guaranteed to have a smooth, creative, and high-quality experience when you book with me! With a master's degree in business, nearly 15 years as a photographer, Award the Professional Photographers of Nebraska's #1 portrait photographer, and a Certified Professional Photographer, I bring a distinct level of customer service, experience, and creativity to every client to ensure you are in great hands!
I focus on your process from beginning to end, ensuring your senior session is as simple and stress free as possible. One client stated: "He was very thorough and up front in how the services work and the costs which I appreciated. He did NOT pressure us at all to choose his services. He is very responsive and communicates well. I would highly recommend him. Most photographers limited time, outfits, locations etc. but the options, details and quality that come with the package are absolutely worth it!!"
Taking senior pictures in Omaha is a beautiful way to commemorate this life-changing chapter. High school is a time of transition, filled with so many “firsts” and “lasts”. Having a professional senior photography session gives your senior the chance to pause, reflect, and truly express themselves. Whether they want to showcase their pilot skills, softball swing, wrestling talents, or simply their unique personality, these photos give them the opportunity to tell their story. Cap and gown sessions are also a hit! Check out this recent College Graduate's Cap and Gown Session.
A Full-Service Senior Experience
How Does This Process Work?
Are you looking for as many locations as you need? Endless outfit changes? Sessions that we can spread out over multiple days to ensure you get every pose, location, and style you need? Our flat rate $200 session fee comes with unlimited locations and outfit changes to ensure you get every aspect of your life covered!
Step 1
From the very first in-person 30-minute consultation, I take time to get to know each senior and their story, helping design a session that reflects their unique personality, passions, and style. Whether it’s capturing natural, outdoor portraits or dramatic sports composites for senior athletes, every session is customized with purpose and creativity. (Read the Studio vs Outdoor Sessions post before coming to your consult for a better idea for approaching this step). This is where we'll discuss locations as well. If your senior is with a club like Sporting Nebraska Football Club and wants to go to the Papillion Landings Soccer Fields, is a dancer wants to take photos in their studio at Erin's Dance Studio on 108th Street, or is a book lover and wants photos in the Omaha Public Library, we'll build the plan together to ensure we capture them in action!
Step 2
We meet for the session, where you show up ready to have an incredible journey, owning your craft and showing the world what you're made of!
Step 3
Following your session, we’ll meet for an in-person image reveal and ordering session at our Omaha photo studio, where you'll see your lightly retouched portraits for the first time. This is where the magic happens, you'll handpick your favorite images and select from a curated collection of heirloom-quality printed products, including albums (best seller), wall art, portrait boxes, or custom-designed sports composites, as well as digital add-ons to ensure you are able to share your incredible photos.
Step 4
You will receive your digital images (if you ordered them) first. All other products will be delivered when they arrive. We will meet at the studio to see them in real life for your personal approval, with a guarantee that you'll love every one of them!
Final Note
I know your time is important and I put a strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction because of it. I won't waste your time, will be very quick and responsive to your ideas and thoughts, and will always focus on your needs to ensure you have the smoothest and most efficient experience possible. This Journey isn't Just About the One in Front of the Camera...
While the session is focused on the senior, the experience belongs to the whole family. Parents have been part of every practice, performance, and milestone that shaped who their senior has become, and senior photos are one of the last opportunities to document that chapter before everything changes.
That's why I don't just deliver digital files and call it done. The ordering session is designed to help you choose the products you'll actually display and keep. These are the heirlooms you'll show off at graduation parties, hang in the living room, and pass down for generations.
Start Your Senior Session Today

Once you’re booked, I’ll help you choose the right look, location, whether that's an outdoor setting at Ed Zorinsky Lake or a more urban setting like the Gene Leahy Mall in Downtown. I'll also assist with timing to match your style and personality, so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
Once you're ready, I'd love to help you build a session around your senior's story. Book your senior session today!
Frequently Asked Questions:
What makes A2i Photography different from other senior photographers in Omaha?
A2i Photography is one of the few Certified Professional Photographers (CPP) in the Omaha area, a credential held by less than 3% of photographers nationwide. Every session is fully customized around your senior's personality, interests, and story, with unlimited locations and outfit changes included in a flat session fee. You won't get a cookie-cutter experience here.
How far in advance should I book my senior session?
We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for summer and fall sessions which fill quickly. Seniors who want a specific date, location, or seasonal look should reach out as early as spring of junior year to secure availability.
Do you photograph seniors outside of Omaha?
Yes. We regularly work with seniors throughout the greater Omaha area including Bellevue, Papillion, Elkhorn, Gretna, Lincoln, Norfolk, and surrounding Nebraska communities. Travel arrangements are discussed during your consultation.
How long will my session last?
Typical sessions run about 1–3 hours, depending on the number of outfits and locations you want. I design each session to be relaxed, enjoyable, and tailored to your needs.
How long will it take to see my photos after the session?
After your session, I’ll lightly edit your photos (usually within one week) and then meet for your in-person ordering session where you’ll choose your favorites.
Can my senior incorporate sports, hobbies, or activities into their session?
Absolutely, and I'd encourage it. Activity-based senior sessions are one of my specialties. Whether your senior is a wrestler, pilot, dancer, golfer, musician, or anything else, I build the session around what makes them who they are. Bring the uniform, the instrument, the equipment, and I'll make a masterpiece of an experience for you.
What products and digital options are available after my senior session?
After your session, we'll meet for an in-person ordering appointment where you'll see your lightly retouched portraits for the first time. From there, you can choose from a curated collection of heirloom-quality products including custom albums, portrait boxes, and framed wall art, as well as digital image packages or a combination of both. We'll walk through everything together and I'll help you design products that fit your home and your story, with a guarantee you'll love every one of them.
What if my senior is nervous or uncomfortable in front of the camera?
This is one of the most common concerns we hear, and it's completely normal. The session is designed to feel like a guided experience, not a photoshoot. We start slow, walk through each location together, and focus on movement and personality rather than stiff posing. Most seniors are completely relaxed within the first few minutes. One of my clients wrote in their review: "Nick was able to help my daughter feel calm, and comfortable for her pictures (considering she hates having her picture taken.)"
What is an in-person ordering session and why do you do it that way?
After your session, we meet in person at our Omaha studio to view your lightly retouched portraits together for the first time. This allows you to see your images at full size, compare your favorites side by side, and make informed decisions about products like wall art and albums that are designed to be seen in person rather than on a phone screen.
What should I do to prepare for my senior session?
Get a good night's sleep, eat before you arrive, and have your outfits clean, pressed, and organized before the day of the session. Avoid dramatic haircuts or new styles within a few days of your session. Beyond that, show up ready to have fun; the more relaxed and present your senior is, the stronger the images will be. I handle everything else. Be sure to read the What to Wear for Your Senior Session post to better prepare yourself.
Are parents welcome at the senior session?
Yes, parents are welcome and many choose to attend. During the actual shooting we find seniors have the most authentic expressions when they have space to be themselves, so we ask parents to enjoy watching from a comfortable distance rather than directing from the sidelines. Many parents tell us watching their senior own the session is one of their favorite parts of the entire experience.
